Mozart Patisserie was established by Mr. Willy Bohmer in 1976 and managed by Mr. Sheng Shen today. Mr. Bohmer and Mr. Shen are both artistic pastry chef and music lovers. Mr Shen has worked in Burswood Casino for 15 years and was the Winner of the Year in 1994 among 3000 employees. He also got the Chef World Cup in Singapore and some other international prizes in his chef career.
Under Mr. Shen's management, Mozart Patisserie has been able to provide over thousand kinds of cakes to consumers and the cakes could be specially made for weddings or other functions.
Mozart Patisserie always regards product quality as the uppermost factor in its business strategy. It was granted HACCP and Halal certificate and conducts staff training every two months to guarantee the high quality. Undoubtedly, Mozart Patisserie has captured numbers of customers, including some five star hotels, function centers and airline companies.
